Overview
We want all customers to have a positive experience using AdBuilder. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for subscriptions, training, and other services purchased through our website.
Subscription Plans
AdBuilder may offer both monthly and annual subscription plans.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Customers may cancel their monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges, and access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a monthly subscription period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for a twelve-month term and may be offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly pricing.
Customers may cancel the automatic renewal of their annual subscription at any time; however, the annual subscription fee is non-refundable once the subscription term has commenced.
Access to the platform will continue until the end of the prepaid annual subscription period.
No partial or pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused months remaining within an annual subscription term, except where required by law or where AdBuilder determines, at its sole discretion, that exceptional circumstances apply.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the platform, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a verified technical fault on our side has prevented access to the service and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion:

Extend your subscription period;

Provide account credit; or

Issue a full or partial refund.
Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have been charged in error or have made a duplicate payment, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
Verified duplicate or incorrect payments will be refunded in full.
Training and Consultancy Services
Where training, workshops, consultancy, or other professional services are purchased:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled delivery date may receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date may not be eligible for a refund.

AdBuilder reserves the right to reschedule services where necessary and will work with customers to agree an alternative date.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Refund requests outside of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and any decision will be made at AdBuilder's sole discretion.
